What if our final guest count comes in lower than we planned?

That's normal, and it's exactly why we ask for the number seven days out instead of at booking. We update your total to your real count at that point, and your deposit applies to it either way.

Counts are easy to bring down before then. Bringing them up is harder, so it's worth planning around your maximum.

What happens if we need to cancel our event?

Your event is confirmed with a 50% deposit. Seven days before the date we request your final headcount; once that's confirmed we update your total to match it and request the balance — that's when your food gets ordered and your team gets scheduled.

Cancel any time before that final payment and your deposit is refunded in full. Once it's collected, the food is bought and the payment is final.

Need a different date instead of cancelling? We'll move you at no charge before that final payment, subject to availability — just tell us.
